- HOW TO MEASURE -

**Chest Width:**
Lay the shirt flat and measure straight across the chest approximately 1 inch below the armholes.

**Body Length:**
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.

**Sleeve Length:**
Start at the center back of the neck. Measure across the shoulder and continue down the outside of the sleeve to the end of the cuff.

For the best fit, compare these measurements with a long-sleeve shirt you already own and like.

If you prefer a roomier fit, consider choosing the next size up.

• Turn garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold — 86°F / 30°C or cooler.
• Wash with similar colors.
• Use only non-chlorine bleach when necessary.
• Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
• Do not iron directly over the printed design.
• Do not dry clean.
